REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any membership, you may request a full refund within three business as long as you provide a reason.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of one of our workshops, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase date as long as you provide a reason.  Whether you have participated the workshop or not, no refunds will be granted outside of the 48 hour period.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a “live event”, you may request a full refund with 24 hours of your purchase as long as you provide a reason.  No refunds will be granted on this purchase outside of the 24 hour period.

Refunds on all sales products provided by third-party vendors will be determined by the policy of those vendors.

This policy is posted clearly on our website and on the checkout page at the time of your purchase. By purchasing one of our products or services you agreed to this policy and to all of our disclaimers on the website.
